Complete Service

Complete Service is a routine scheduled service that should be maintained every Five years.

The work procedure involves:

•Demagnetise complete watch.

•Separate movement from case and disassemble the case components, remove old seals and gaskets. Ultrasonically clean case components and optional polish or satin finish the case components.

•Disassemble the complete movement, carry out inspection for worn components and repair or replace parts as needed. The Movement components individually are then

- ultrasonically cleaned

- reassembled,

- lubricated,

- adjusted, and regulated with in specified tolerances as per HQ.

•Reassemble case components and water resistant tested if applicable (without movement).

•Open case and fit movement check timing and fine tune timing with in specified tolerances as per HQ.

•Water resistant test complete watch.

• Quality control where the automatic winding, amplitude, rate and power reserve are all tested. Checked all with in tolerances and receive a visual and functional control test.

 

Complete service comes with 12months warranty on movement function all external components are not covered under service warranty.

Maintenance Service

Maintenance  intervention is a routine scheduled service that should be maintained every two years.

The work procedure involves:

•Demagnetise complete watch.

•Separate movement from case and disassemble the case components, remove old seals and gaskets. Ultrasonically clean case components

•Disassemble oscillating weight, check balance assembly, check pallet fork and escapement wheel, adjust the regulation, then test with in specified tolerances as per HQ

•Reassemble case components and water resistant tested if applicable (without movement).

•Open case and fit movement check timing and fine tune timing with in specified tolerances as per HQ.

•Water resistant test complete watch.

• Quality control where the automatic winding, amplitude, rate and power reserve are all tested. Checked all with in tolerances and receive a visual and functional control test.

Everyday your watch is subjected to many different environments, such as magnetic fields, vibrations, impacts, dust, water, UV, radiation, perspiration or fluctuations in temperature. We should not forget to mention the mechanical strain placed on a movement designed to keep the time with absolute precision for 24hours per day every single day. In order to combat the wear and tear on case compontents, gaskets and certain moving parts, as well as the natural ageing of oils and lubricants, we recommend owners to have a maintenance service carried out every two years, and a complete service every five years.
